About 50 householders attended the householders n\?etmg at Northcpte. The committee's report showed that the roll number was 269, and the average attendance 2221. The expenditure was £50 7/11, and the income .I*o2 7/11. it was stated that the Hoard of Education lias promised to grant the school an assistant master. The following committee was elected:—Messrs Cadness, Roberts, Brooking, McPhail, McKay, Rushbrook, John Taylor, McClymont, and Boyd. The retiring chairman (Mr Low), who had held office for 1-1 years, was accorded a vote of thanks on the motion of Mr Joshua Jackson.
