As many families may be going out of the city for the Easier holidays, it is urgently suggested that where pncli temporary absence takes place, ;iif forms may either bo posted to*.the Enumerator1 or left with his subotuei'i's. Any person refusing or neglecting to fill up the census schedules or withholding other authorised information is. under, the Census Act, IST", liable to a penally of Twenty Pounds.
