Wind: Gale from between north-east and south-east after 12 hours at all places north of Thames and Manukau, extending to places between East Cape, Taupo and Raglan after 20 hours; moderate easterly winds between East Cape, Taupo.and Napier: moderate to strong north-east to north-west wind elsewhere. Barometer: Pall everywhere. Sea: Heavy on Eastern Coast northward of East Cape; moderate thence southward; moderate on all Western Coast. Rain may be expected northward or Thames and Manukau within 12 hours, extending later toward East Cape, Taupo, and Raglan. Warning signals for easterly gale are exhibited at Cape Maria and Tirltirl.
