Wellington, March s.—Arrived: Kumara, s s.; from London, via Capetown. Passengers for' Auckland: Misses Newell .3), Mesdames Newell, Waters, Messrs Fraser, Mantell, Matthews (2), Newell. The Kumara anchored in the stream, and will be fumigated ih the morning. The malls are being -fumigated at Boame's Island, owing to the' outbreak of plague af the Cape.
