Wind: Moderate to strong between north-west and south-west generally during the next 12 hours; gale from between north-east and north-West at all places south of Napier and New Plymouth after from 12 to 20 hours, extending northward after that time. Barometer: Further rise everywhere, falling again generally in the south after 10 hours, and later elsewhere. Sea: Considerable on all W_St_rhi Coast, and on East Coast south of Castle Point. Tides: Good on Westerh Cdast north of Westport, and on East Coast south Oi Cape. Campbell. . Rain may be expected generally after from 12 to 20 hours. Warning* signals for northerly gales win be exhibited to-morrow from Gape Miarla. Van Diemen, Tiritlri, Capes Campbell, Farewell Spit and Foulwind.
