WOLFE'S SCHNAPPS ■_ For "that tired feeling."' The Rev. E. L. Thomas has resigned the charge of Devonport Congregational Church after a pastorate of about 2J years. The sixteenth annual Show under tire auspices of the Franklin Agricultural Society takes place to-morrow at Pukekoh«. Cheap fares have been granted by the Railway Department, to enable^visitors to go to the Show at reasonable rates. The. Show should be a good one this year, as.an unusually large' number of entrjes have been received, and the season lias been a good one for root crops, etc. In order to make ■ the Show more compact, new cattle pens have been erected on the ground. During- the afternoon there will be riding, driving, and jumping competitions.
