The State Redistribution of Seats Committee recommend the disappearance of eight electorates iv the country and one in the city; the creatiou of six new electorates in the suburbs of Sydney, and three new country electorates. BRISBANE, this day. From Ipswich Mr Baxton went to Brisbane, and was there welcomed by the Mayor and State Ministers. He was also banquetted by the Australian Natives' Association. The chief topic of the speeches was; the black labour question,
