Drunkenness.—Hetty McGregor was fined 10/ or 48 hours' imprisonment in default. Agnes Austin, for her sixth offence within six months, was sentenced to three months' hard labour.

Remanded.—James Thompson, charged with stealing a pound note from the person of one Wm. Bennett, was, on the application of Detective Maddern, remanded till the Gth inst.

Unattended Carts. — James Nixon was fined 5/ and costs for leaving his cart unattended. A similar case against H. V. Stringer was dismissed.
