Otahuhu Trotting -.tub's Summer Meeting is being run through this .itteniooi. at I'otter's i'uddock, and although the weather is dull the attendance of Ihe public is quite ii]> to the average for all off afternoon. Mr A. It. Harris occupies the judge's box, while the starting is in the capable hands of Mr F. W. Edwards. The following are the results: — Trial Trot Handicap, of* Liusov., 1 mile.—Mr G. Thomas eh iv Martha 1, Louie :., Miss Emerson IS. Time, ;..:,;j. Dividend, All 13/. All started but Ebonite. Louie was in front, till the strait was reached, when Martha assumed command, holding her own for the remainder of the distance, and passed the post lib yards in front of Louie; Miss Emerson was a similar distance behind.
