The Ophir will be fitted with wireless telegraphy apparatus. The crew will include a portion of: the Royal yacht. The Ophir has been beautifully redecorated and refurnished. The Duke and Duchess of York visited the ship •mil expressed delight with the complete transformation effected. Sir A. J, Big-ge accompanies the Dul«j of York in a secretarial capacity.
