THE MARAROA.

The s.s. Mararoa arrived from Sydney yesterday afternoon, berthing at the wharf after inspection by the health officer. The vessel had a very rough passage across, but made good time on the voyage. Mr W. Sadler, the purser, reports:—The Mararoa left the Company's wharf, Margaret-street, Sydney, at 3 p.m. and passed through Port Jackson Heads at 3.30 p.m. on 23rd inst, breasted the Three Kings at 9.20 p.m. on the 2Gth, and arrived at 4 p.m. yesterday. Experienced strong southerly winds, with high seas and overcast weather, to the North Cape; thence flue weather down the coast. The Mararoa leaves for East Coast and Southern ports at 2 p.m. to-morrow.
