Hall and Co.. to take proceedings against any person who sells as "Beraa.line Bread" an article not containing the real Rermaline as supplied by Messrs T. H. Hall and Co.. or thf-ir agents in different parts of the colony. Any person using a name so iike "Bermaline" as to deceive will also be proceeded against.
