Barometer: Rise at all places nortn 01 Napier and New Plymouth; fall elsewhere. Sea: Easterly swell on East Coast northward of Kaikoura; moderate thence southward; increasing on. Western Coast. Tides: Increasing on all Western Coast, good on Eastern Coast.
