RELIGIOUS ASSOCIATIONS IN FRANCE.

Bousseau's Bill dealing with religious associations prohibits such associations existing between French and foreigners, Or with headquarters nbroad, or1 directed by foreigners without State authorisation. It also prevents ,such associations whose members live in common and proposes to transfer confiscated property for workmen's- pensions.
