At the Onehunga Police Court this morning, before Dr. W. *. Erson and S? J. Roberton, 3.7.% a man named Whyman Inch, on remand, pleaded Sty to a charge of having stolen ? mackintosh, valued at 30/ the property of W. M. Saunders. A fine ot £3 and costs, 17/, was inflicted, m default one month's imprisonment.
