Dr. Goldie, son of the Mayor, who is returning to practise his profession in Auckland, also arrived by the Elingamite. .
On behalf of the citizens of Auckland His Worship the Mayor (Mr D. Goldie) has written a letter of condolence to the Hon. H. de Bohun Devereux on the death of his son, Corporal Devereux, who was killed recently at Reitfontein, South Africa.
