.:... :;..iine Alice Moore v. Henry Roekhead Moore. Petitioner prayed for a divorce on the grounds of respondent's desertion and adultery with the co-respondent, Mary Riley, Mr. Jackson Palmer apjjearecf for petitioner. Respondent did not appear. The evidence showed that the parties were married in 1892, the issue of the marriage being one child. Respondent had on more than two occasions committed adultery with the co-respond-ent, and had not lived with petitioner or contributed to her support for some five years.

His Honor granted a decree nisi, returnable in three months, petitioner to have custody of the child.
