MASONIC INSTALLATION.
The annual installation of R..VV. Master and officers of Lodge Ponsonby, 70S, S.C., took place last evening- in the. Masonic Hall, Newton, a large number of FastMasters and Brethren being present. Bro. F, Rundle was duly Installed in the Chair of King Solomon, according to ancient custom, Bros. Sansbury and Brewer being Installing Masters. At the conclusion of the ceremony the Brethren sat down to supper, which was supplied by Bro. H. J. Brewer. Songs and recitations were given by several Brethren. The retiring- R.W.M. Bro. Brewer was presented with a handsome Past-Master's jewel. The presentation was made by Bro. Mueller, Deot. Provincial Grand Master.
