ANEW DEVELOPER.
A hew developer -has appeared, orthodibxybenzol, Avhic'h, under the name of {Elconal, is proposed by Dr. Ludwig Ellon. It has the singular property of alloAving- a mixture of hypo in all proportions, and a combined developing and fixing bath may be thus prepared. It is spoken of very highly by photographers Avho have used it.
