TRADES' CRICKET ASSOCIATION.
♦A meeting of tradespeople enjoying the forednestfay half-holiday was held in the "Foresters' Hall on Monday, evening. .There were present delegates from the butchers, bakers, grocers, drapers, North Bhore and the publicans. It was decided to form a Cricket Association, matches to be played on Wednesday afternoons. The following officers were elected:— President, Mr G. Court; vice-presidents, Messrs P. Quinlan, J. Court, J. W. Bhactelford, G. Fowlds,. Batkin, Winn, C Nicholson, R. Hellaby, C. Norgroye Hon T. Thompson, J. Patterson, t W. McManus: Broughton, E. W. Alison, R. Salmon,' M.Foley, C, .Stone, Bradstreet J. PeeVW- H. Hooker; horn. secretary and treasurer, A. B. Craig, pro tern.
