'Mercury Bay and Kuaotunu; Waiotahi for Tauranga and Opotikl, 5.30 p.m.; Ngunguru for Whangarei, 5 p.ni.' Wednesday: Muritai for Great Barrier, midnight; Gairloch for New Plymouth, 1 p.m.; Wellington for WHangarei,lo.3o p.m.; Ngunguru from Whangared; Glenelg from Hoklanga early, and leaves for upunake and W^nganui 1 p.m.

The's.s. Zealandia left for the South this afternoon. ■ ■

The cruiser Porpoise left for Wellington to-day. She proceeds on to Lyttelton the day after arrival. ,

The barque Royal Tar arrived this morning. at the Kaipara from Melbourne. She returns to Melbourne with a cargo of timber. . • . ,' ■

It has been arraßged for the Takapuna to exchange running with the Rotolti at New Plymouth to-day. In consequence the Takapuna returns here to-morrow and leaves at 3 p.m. on Thursday (not as advertised for the Rotoiti) for New Plymouth, Wellington, and Nelson.

The s.s. Hawea comes to Auckland at the end of the week with a cargo of coal for the Railway Department and the Union Co., returning to Westport on discharge. It is intended to place the Hawea in the produce trade Instead of the Rotokino, which is due tfr-morrow morning from Bluff and way por/ts. y ' ,' !l

The > barque Jessie Craig (formerly the Else) is now being overhauled at the Railway wharf. The vessel did not receive any .considerable damage while on the reef, and when repaired will be almost as good as when first built. The barque was launched in 1876. She measures 186 ft long, by 30ft 3in beam and 17ft 7in depth of hold. When her overhaul is complete the Jessie Qraig will be one of the finest toats in the colonies.
