Johannseii and Co., of Auckland, the Marshal of the Admiralty Court, actingunder instructions from Messrs Perry Perry &Kinnerney,yesterday seized the barque Asterion in the harbour here ior a claim, of over £200 for necessaries; supplied; - The barque was just about to sail when, the writ of the Court was put into execution by the Marshal nailing it to the mainmast. The^ claim, however, is a disputed one, .. and" Messrs Smithson and Raymond I toe acting for the. owners."
