New Plymouth, September 4.—Arrived, 6 a.m.: Takapuna, b.s., from Onehunga (connected with express). Wellington, September 3.—Sailed:. Flora; s s., for Napier, Glsborne, and Auckland. Passengers: Misses McKellar, Sellars, Mills, Mesdaines Turrall and Thompson, Messrs Turrall, Fayett, Scott, Morley, Master Cottrelli and 5 steerage. September 4.—The brig Fairy Rock, which sailed for Dunedln yesterday, has returned to port owing to a southerly gale.
