NEW COAL COUNTRY.
BRISBANE, August 21
The Government Geologist has discovered coal-bearing country between the McKenzie and Dawson Rivers, in the Rdckhampton district, embracing--5000 square miles of coal, valuable for marine purposes, but useless for gas.
