In the Supreme Court this morning, before Judge Martin, a decree nisi, to become absolute in three months, waH granted in: Burbery' y. Burbery, husband's petition on the ground of adultery with William Reynolds, alias Gosnell, at Christchurch. Custody of four children, ages ranging from 15 to 5 years, was given to the petitioner. Costs on the lowest scale were allowed against the" "co-respondent.
