ANOTHER POSTAL COMPLAINT.

(To the Editor.)

Sir,—ln last night's issue I read a complaint as to the delivery of letters and papers from the G.P.O. Tour foot note may be all right, and I believe it Is possible for a wrapper to come off, but can you explain this: A letter arrived at the G.P.O. on May Bth, and was delivered on July 26th. Now this letter was addressed to a young man who has worked In a Queen-st. shop for the last three years, and has had hundreds of letters de r livered to him during that time. This case was a very serious one, as it meani the loss of a good "billet." Now, sir, where does the fault lie? I don't think it is with the letter carriers altogether. —I am, etc., * PUCK.
