The Royal Commission on the wind industry recommend the establishment of winery companies on the co-opera-' tive principle, receiving Government aid in the shape of loans at 3. peg cent., with 1 per cent, as sinking fund^ and the establishment of a central eel* lar, with power to receive a shilling! per gallon cash on delivery at the winery,. balance from sales in London. They also- recommend the spending of £5000 in advertising winesi in the United Kingdom, and opening a depot in London. >
