SUNDAY ENTERTAINMENTS.

WELLINGTON, this day.

A sequel to the charges of Sunday entertaining against Walter Bentley came before the S.M. to-day, when tne Opera House Company was charged with allowing the building to be used for a Sunday performance. The case was heard under a city by-law, and, after much legal argument, a conviction was entered, with a fine of 20/ and costs, £2 12/, and an' undertaking given that there should be no more Sunday performances till the case is settled on, appeal.
