PARTS, August 4.
The Shah's assailant is Francois Salson, an Anarchist who was wanted for murder. Salson is a native o$ Aveyron, in the South of France.
The accused confesses that he way* laid M. Casimir-Perier, when his revolver missed fire, and that he intended to kill both the Shah and the Czar.
LONDON, August 5
The Shah of Persia has abandoned his projected visit to England, ostensibly owing to the death of the Duka of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.
