HONGKONG, August 3. The Tsung-li-Yamen reports that Ministers were safe on July 30, conferring Avith them with- regard to arrangements for their journey to Tientsin.
Other official'accounts,state that the foreign Ambassadors.'are being held as hostages, and will be killed if the Allies advance on Pekin.
