WAIHI WATER SUPPLY.
PAEROA, this day. This matter was brought before the County Council yesterctay evening by Councillor Saunders, who pointed out the inadequacy of the present supply for a place of Waihi's size. The Council were unanimous that the time had arrived when the question of providing' a permanent supply, which could be taken into every house, should be faced, and the engineer w.2» s lnstructed to make enquiries into the different sources of supply and report at next meeting of the Council
