LACROSSE.
The final series of matches of the second round for the District Championship will be played on the Domain Cricket Ground to-morrow afternoon. Play commences at 2.45 p.m.
The^contest between Ponsonby and Grafton has been exciting- considerable interest in Lacrosse circles for some time past, and it is expected a great struggle and close finish will take place. The other two games are also anticipated to be very interesting. *> Ladies from the Parnell District will provide afternoon tea.

Suburbs v. North Shore (No. 3 ground). -Suburbs: Herrold, Owen, Thomson. Somerfield, Foubister, Rendall (2), Walker, Allen, Walsh, Brown (2). North Shore: Eagleton, Wynyard. Blaekler, Alexander, Martin, Ward. Walker, Kelly, Tizard (2), Richardson, Watson.
