ST. BENEDICT'S SOCIAL CLUB.

The St. Benedict's .Social Club gave a most successful dance in St. Benedict's Hall last, evening. Dancing was kept up till a late hour, the music being provided by Meredith's string band. Messrs J. McDorrnott, J. ffinott, and E. Noonau acted as M.C.'s, and Mr J. Knott, the secretary, was as hard-working as ever in his endeavours to promote the success of the evening. On Friday fortnight, a social will be given In aid of the funds of the club.
