LONDON, July 31
Parliament will present an 'address to the Queen on the Duke of Edinburgh's death to-morrow.
The Duke was unable to accompany the Duchess to London this summer. He had tried three cures.

The Duchess and family were present.
The Court goes into mourning for the Duke of Edinburgh till September 13.
The Queen received the news with remarkable calmness and fortitude.
