Our Tonga correspondent states that the ftarque Helene, from Sydney to Tongatabu, while sailing to the quarantine station, struck upon a reef in the harbour. The damage sustained is not yet known, as the barque is still in quarantine, with all her cargo aboard, but she is making little water.
