ANOTHER NEW ZEALANDER DEAD.
LONDON, July 28. C. H. Enderby, a New Zealander, has died at Pretoria.
WELLINGTON, this day.
Trooper Enderby, whose death is reported in the cables, is a railway official, who, upon being refused permission to join the first contingent, locked up his station at Kaitoke and made his way to the camp. His case was submitted to the Governor, who told the story in Australia as an instance of the patriotic enthusiasm of New Zealanders. Lord Kanfurly gave him leave to join and had his place kept open.
