"E.W." —We pointed out some time back that now that there are proper, authorities to report such sanitary nuisances , to;, complaints should ■be lodged with, them.
"W.E.S."—P. E. Cheal's letter was in favour of the mails being invariably carried by the sea route, and did not suggest that passengers should adopt it when other means of transit become available. n.
