COROMANDEL, Tuesday. The following raoes were sailed yesterday:— Counter - stern Yacht Race.—A. lamieson's Austral, 6m, 1; R. Campbell's Maple, 2m, 2. Syua, Undine, and Huia also competed. Tuck-stern Centreboard Yacht Race. —E. Blackmore's Flora, 3m, 1; E. Daldy's Zealandia, sm, 2. The Waitangi and Korei-'o started on Saturday, but did not compete yesterday. The winning boat, Flora, is a. smart little 3raft built by Mr Robert Reid, of customs street West, Auckland. Open 20ft Boat Race.—Kate Keys', 1; Star, 2; Clytie, 3. Also sailed: Colleen, Irene,.and Beta. Amateur Swimming Race, 100 yds.— Dervan, 1; Wood, 2. Professional Swimming Race, j.OO yds.—Graham, 1; Wandock. 2. Howen and Roy also competed.
