VOLUNTEER NOTES.
I A district order published to-day (notifies that the Ponsonby, Auckland, land Devonport Xavals, and the Devonport Coastguards, will encamp at Takapuna at Easter. Tlie Auckland Engineers will be attached to the Icamp at Potter's Paddock. Lieut,|Commanding Little., formerly Commander of the Auckland Xavals, and now on the retired list, will command the North Shore camp, with Lieut, ISalmon(Auckland Navals) as Adjutant {and Lieut. Spinley (Ponsonby Nnvals) •as Quartermaster. Major White (No. i I Infantry P>attalion) will have charge of the camp at Potter's Paddock, with Lieut. Dormer as Camp Quartermaster, while the One Tree Hill camp will be under the command of Major Porritt (No. 2 Battalion), with Lieut. Brown as Camp Quartermaster. Lieut.-Col. Banks' staff will consist, of the following1 officers: —Major Morrow, D.A.A.C. (A); Captain Schofield, D.A.A.Or. (B); Captain Grant. Brigade Major; Captain Baume, Orderly Officer to O.C. District: Hony. Captain Montgomery,' Orderly Officer to O.C. District.
