Synopsis of the last 24 hours-Slowly increasing pressure northward of i imam and Hokitika. but pressure has decreased a little south; moderate to strong southerly winds have been prevalent, with showery weather, northward of Tauranga and Manukau, but the weather has ben fine in all other parts of the country, and there has been frost on parts of high country southward of Taupo.
