LONDON, March 19
■ -Owing to infectious eases of fever among the prisoners the departure for St. Helena has been delayed. None Of the Free Staters will be sent- to St. Helena. It was owing to recriminations between the Free Staters and Transvaalers among the prisoners at Simonstown that it was necessary to take special precautious to prevent ihe j trouble developing into a serious out- . break.
