(Before Mr 11. W. Brabant, S.M.) Judgment Summons. Cases.—Orders, were made on judgment summonses as under:—J. I). Kelley and Co. v. W. H. Miller, del)tor ordered to pay £i C/G within H clays: Thos. Buddie v. E. TnttersriH, £G 12/G, within one month: J. J. Craig v. thos. Wright, £13 0/7, by instalments of 15/ per month. Other cases were either struck out or adjourned. At t]ie executive meeting1 of the Church Council, held on Tuesday, the question of ten lo'clo'ck closing1 ovE licensed houses was considered. It was stated that there was n;ot time to call the Council together. Tho executive unanimously endorsed the citizens' programme for ten o'clock closing. . • v
