Dover's father and family, who have been quarantined, have developed symptoms.
An unknown man called at the hospital to-day suffering from plague.
Inoculation with plague prophylactic commences to-day. It is restricted to those engaged in the danger area, and those likely, by reason of their occupations, to contract the disease.
