FREEMAN'S BAY PARK.
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —At the Harbour Board's last meeting Avas it hot proposed to take away the water front of what may in the near future be a domain? If they intend to take away the sea frontage and keep on disposing of their silt there, I think they may as Avell not make a domain of it at all, because the water front is the best advantage in having- the domain there. May I also ask Avhy it is that the Aiews of the Council and the Harbour Board differ, each warring on the other? As both are supposed to represent the people, the question is not left for one of them to settle. —I am, etc., U.S.
