THIS DAY.— IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) . Orders of Discharge. —There being no opposition, ordors of discharge were granted to Thos. Anderson (providore) on the motion, of Mr Battley, and to Wm. James Sutcliffe, on the motion of Mr J. K. Lundctn. Mr F, E. Shera, in the absence pf the Crown Solicitor, appeared for the Official Assignee. Motion Withdrawn.—Re William, Heniy Hoskins. (a bankrupt). Motion, to declare certain payment fraudulent and void against OiTicial Assignee.-^-Mr Shera, .'on behalf of the Official Assignee, asked leave to withdraw th§ motion, which he said had been settled out of Court. —His Honor consented.
