WELLINGTON, this day, The charge of arson' preferred against Sarah Jessie Buck is being investigated at the Magistrates-Court.; The premises which had been .occupied by accused were destroyed by iir° on 21st December. The Crown allege that Mrs Buck had been unsuccessful in the sale of her furniture, and->vas in monetary -.difficulties; also, thflt a ■■ : ; prior attempt had been made lo fir° the building.
