TO-DAY'S SHOOTING.

The rife meeting was continued today, when the "Star" and '/Herald" cups, the Avondale tvophy, and Championship Aggregate Matches were fired off. The light was bad, and the wind tricky, but some good shooting was done. In two cases during the day, in th c firing off of the "Herald" cup, the "possible" score. (35) if'as registered by Gunner Willis at 500 yds, and by Major \V. B. White at the same distance. The latter won both the "Star" and "Herald" cups. The resultfe of to-day's matches are as follows: — "Star" Cup and 10 money prizes, 300 and 500 yards, seven shots at each range. Major W. B.
