SYDNEY, this day. The British Government despatched two transports from Capetown on Thursday to take the bush men's contingent. MELBOURNE, this day. A trooper of the second contingent was landed at Albany for insubordination in refusing to be vaccinated. The Minister of Defence considers the breach a trivial one, and that ;i few hours in the guard-room would have been sufficient punishment. ADELAIDE, January 28. . Trooper Cox, one of the New South Wales contingent by the Surrey, died of pneumonia. . ... The Surrey, .with the ~Sc\v South Wales and South Australian .troops, sailed for South Africa, yesterday morning.
