A sortie was made from Ladysmith °n Friday towards Bulwana Hill, where the enemy had a big gun. The Boers were compelled to retire.. DURBAN, December 11. General White has sent General Buller plans of the Boer position. Pigeons were used to -carry- the plans. The Colenso commando, -with' six guns, is under the command of German officers, who are inspiring General Schalkburger in the conduct of the LadYsmith siege. I
