The National Insurance Company's balance for the year ended September 30,. including the amount brought forward from last year, is £28,792 16s Bd, .from, which has to be deducted the interim .dividend of sixpence per share for the half -year. The directors recommend a further dividend of ninepence per share, making a total for the year of £12,254.13s 9d, and to carry forward £16,538 2s lid.
